안녕하세요 여러분. Today I will be reviewing lip makeup. I love lip pencils because they are very versatile; you can use them to line the outer part of the lip to prevent your lipstick from moving around; you can use them to line the eyes as eyeliner if the formula is more natural, and you can wear them as lipstick. When applied as lipstick, lip pencils tend to last longer than lipstick, since they are not as easily removed when you eat or drink. Lip liners often stay on even as the lipstick comes off, so lip liners are great for special occasion makeup such as weddings and parties. For this reason, I have bought quite a few lip liners to try out. One of the ones that I recently purchased is The Saem’s Saemmul Longwear Multi Lip Pencil. I will review this lip pencil for you all today.
Cost/값은: $5 – $10, depending on where you buy it.
The Saem promises that these lip pencils contain vivid color, are long-wearing, and will not clump.
Shades/색깔: There are 10 shades available. I purchased two dark shades: One burgundy red purple shade (PP01) and one vampire blood red shade (RD03).
Ingredients/재료: One great thing about Korean cosmetics is that many of their brands make beautifully pigmented products with a small simple ingredient list. Having a smaller ingredient list is better when a product is not organic or natural because you are less likely to have a negative reaction to it, and it will be better for your body. This lip pencil is just like that; it has a small ingredient list of fewer than 20 ingredients. Here is the full ingredient list:
Iron Oxide (CI 77492), Polyethylene, Yellow 5 (CI 19140), Iron Oxide (CI 77491), Mica (CI 77019), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Hydrogenated Polydecene, Ceresin, Red 7 (CI 15850:1), Isohexadecane, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Microcrystalline Wax, Octyldodecanol, Phenoxyethanol, Ozokerite, Red 6 (CI 15850), Iron Oxide (CI 77499), Red 27 (CI 45410:1), Diisostearyl Malate

Review/Final Thoughts
마지막 한 마디/리뷰
Pigmentation: The colors are lovely and vibrant as promised.
Application and Formula: This lip pencil is an auto pencil, so you do not have to sharpen it, which makes it apply quickly, smoothly, and easily. The formula also makes this lip pencil apply smoothly without tugging or pulling on the lips. However, due to the softness of the formula, be careful not to break the product off because it will break off easily if you apply too much pressure, so only twist the product up a small amount so that you are less likely to break it off.
Lip liners can often be drying, but these lip pencils have a moisturizing formula, so they are good for people with dry lips. Since these lip pencils do have a more moisturizing formula, they will not last quite as long as a drier formula, but they still last longer than traditional lipsticks, so I really like them; they also work excellently, and I love how beautiful, pigmented, and multipurpose they are.
