Diet & Nutrition: Top 3 Best Drinks That Cause Massive Fast Weight Loss – How To Lose Weight The Healthy Way Without Starving Yourself Or Feeling Hungry

Hello everyone! I gained a lot of weight in the last two years, so I started researching diet and nutrition to help me improve it. This was extremely successful for me! I learned so many new things and I was able to lose almost 40 pounds in as little as 2-3 months. I will share the things that I have learned that worked well in these “Diet and Nutrition” articles.

In today’s article, I will teach you the top 3 best drinks that helped me lose a lot of weight with very little effort! Let’s begin!

Black Coffee

I actually learned about this secret from the health practitioner Barbara Frank. When Ms. Frank was younger, she traveled to France and learned French. She told me that French people tend to be very skinny, and one of the reasons for that is because they drink a lot of black coffee to stay full and slim. So, I decided to try this. I used to drink a lot of coffee from places like McDonald’s and Starbucks, but I quickly learned that this was one of the worst things that I could do while trying to lose weight. The reason is because these coffees can easily be between 300 and 600 calories each, due to the unhealthy things that are added to them like syrups, large amounts of sugar, and high-fructose corn syrup.

Making your own coffees at home fresh is far better for weight management. When you make black coffee, despite what many people think, it can taste delicious. Furthermore, it is the best way to control what goes into your coffee (how healthy or unhealthy it becomes), and how many calories it contains.

To make black coffee taste delicious, while still being low-calorie and healthier for you, you will need to add a few ingredients to it.

You can add your own healthy whipped cream, such as a coconut milk whipped cream or a non-dairy almond milk whipped cream. Coffee shops tend to use more fattening higher calorie whole milk whipped creams.

You may also want to add milk to your coffee to make it even more filling. You can use almond milk (60 calories), low-fat milk (110 calories), or fat-free milk (90 calories), instead of whole milk (150 calories), which is what coffee shops tend to use by default unless you request otherwise.

When you choose your own creamer for your coffee, you can get very creative with all kinds of fun flavors such as peppermint, hazelnut, caramel, toffee, mocha, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, maple, or even brown sugar. Of course, coffee grounds themselves also come in all kinds of fun flavors such as blueberry, hazelnut, and chocolate truffle, so making coffee at home can be really unique and worthwhile.

Personally, creamer alone is enough for me; I do not add milk to my coffee since creamer perfectly sweetens it and makes it delicious. When you buy creamers in the store, they are usually around 35 calories a tablespoon, so I usually add about two-three tablespoons to my coffee to make it sweet. Black coffee itself is only around 2 calories.

After I add creamer, I then add whipped cream, which is about 10-20 calories for two tablespoons. Non-dairy creamers are about 10 calories for two tablespoons. I never need more than one tablespoon of whipped cream to fill the top of my coffee cup.

During wintertime, I like to add cinnamon or pumpkin spice (0 calories) on top of the whipped cream. All of these ingredients make my cup of coffee around 110 calories each. The coffee keeps me feel full longer between meals, and it makes me eat less, so black coffee is great for suppressing one’s appetite and naturally reducing one’s calorie intake.

Pure Lemon and Lime Juice Concentrate

Pure lemon and lime juice that you buy in a glass on the shelf in stores is zero calories. You can add them to water or teas to make bland drinks slightly sweet or more flavorful. These lemon and lime juice concentrates are very strong and concentrated, and you can even get organic ones. These already made juices have the same appetite suppressing qualities that comes with drinking fresh lemon and lime juice, so these juices help you feel more full on less food, and they can help you go longer between meals without feeling the pain of starvation.

Of course, if you want to freshly squeeze your own lemon and lime juice yourself, you can perfectly do that! Sometimes though, life gets busy and you do not have time to do that, so these ready-made concentrates are great to have on hand for those times.

Sometimes, if I am out running errands and I have to get to places by a certain time, I may not have time to stop and eat, so I will take a water bottle that I added about two ounces of pure lemon or lime juice to with me. I will drink this until I finish my errands and have enough time to stop and eat. This works amazingly well to stop my stomach from growling and hurting. It also gives me nourishment from the vitamin c and minerals in it, which helps me stay focused and not get a headache from hunger. For this reason, I consider lemon and lime juice a must for dieters.

Turkish Vinegar/Türk Sirkesi

I discovered this wonderful gem when I started learning the Turkish language earlier this year in January. I am someone that my family always believed was allergic to apples. When I was little, every time I would eat an apple, unless it was baked, I would feel sick, and sometimes throw it up. So while many of my friends got into apple cider vinegar for weight loss, I could never do it with them. I forced myself to drink it at times when I did extra work on movie sets and promotional modeling, but I hated it! I hated the taste and the way that it made me feel.

However, when I started learning about Turkish culture with the language, I learned how big they are on organic, and how they process their foods differently. This made me want to try Turkish foods and sweets for the first time, so I hunted down some Turkish markets in my area, and I found many gems there! I found Turkish Kashar cheese to be amazing, as well as so many different types of Turkish vinegar, and instant coffees with herbs infused in them!

Turkish vinegar is very different from vinegar traditionally found in most places in the United States. Turkish vinegar varies in color from red, yellow, to white, and they come from all kinds of fruits, including pears (armut sirkesi), apples (elma sirkesi), and grapes (üzüm sirkesi). Of course, having bad experiences with apples, I bought each of the other types of vinegar that they had. I loved all of them!

After having such positive experiences with Turkish vinegar, I went back and got their apple vinegar to try. My body handled them much better! So apparently, I can drink apple cider vinegar, but how it is processed and how pure it is (organic or with pesticides) makes a huge difference in how my sensitive body handles it. This explains why cooking the apples did not make me sick, since cooking kills bacteria and intense heating will help evaporate pesticides.

When I drink Turkish vinegar, I only drink one glass a day. I add about one tablespoon to a glass of water. This little bit was enough for me to start losing weight again after my body plateaued and I stopped losing weight for a while. In my first week with Turkish vinegar, I lost as much as four pounds. Perhaps it is the way that Turkey makes their vinegar, but I found them to have less bite compared to Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar, which has gained great popularity here in the States. Turkish vinegar also went down smoother and I even found some of them to taste good. This experience with Turkish vinegar makes me think that it may be stronger than some vinegars found in the U.S.

All in all, Turkish vinegar is amazing and I am in love with it! They have become a permanent part of my diet routine, and I think that they are an absolute must for dieters and weight loss seekers, especially those who have experienced a weight loss plateau.
