I Implemented A New Health, Hygiene Routine During COVID-19 and So Should You – What I Am Doing To Avoid Getting Sick or To Recover From Illness During COVID-19

COVID is pretty horrible, and it feels awful to watch your loved ones struggle with it, or to even have it yourself, so during this time when there is more sickness everywhere, prevention is the best medicine. Thus, I started implementing new health habits to help protect myself better and to build greater overall immunity in my body. I will share all of these new habits here with you today.

Take air cleaners to public places and use them in the home

The problem with COVID-19 is that it is in the air everywhere; stores, restaurants, and businesses just are not cleaning the air properly. Establishments focus on wiping down counters and tables, but they do nothing about the virus in the air. So, whenever I go to public places or when I am teaching, I always take a small portable air cleaner with me. I even keep air cleaners in my living room at all times because that is generally where I have guests or where people come with deliveries for me, so it is the area that gets contaminated the most in my home.

Open doors or windows in potentially contaminated environments whenever possible

You do not want stale air in any room you are in. You want air to constantly be pushed in and out of a room so that COVID can be pushed out of it; you need good air flow coming in and out of any room that you are in with strangers or people who may have COVID-19. The outside air is a lot safer than indoor air because trees and plants clean the air. Plants are a natural safe source of ozone, which kills germs and bacteria and makes the air safer for everyone.

Put safe levels of ozone into the air in your home regularly

Since I am a teacher, I like to run an ozone generator in my home for short periods of time, such as 20-30 minutes. To run an ozone generator for this amount of time, I must be gone for around 2 hours, so I only run an ozone generator when I am going to be gone for a long time.

Why is ozone so important? Ozone is one of the secrets that I use to keep my home clean. Ozone is naturally produced in the air, so it is a great source of essential oxygen needed by our bodies. Ozone is also an effective cleaning agent that can get into almost every crack and crevice of your home, even areas that you can not physically reach yourself, such as your ceiling or behind heavy large furniture.

“In nature, ozone is present in low concentrations and formed within the Earth’s atmosphere from oxygen by the action of ultraviolet (UV) light, a form of electromagnetic radiation, and by electrical discharges, for example, lightnings…ozone is an ideal method of treating air and water against most contaminants or pollutants…ozone diminishes the need for chemicals to zero…(Ozone is) over 50% more efficient at breaking through bacteria membranes compared to chlorine. (Ozone) eliminates a wide range of bacteria over 3000 times faster than chlorine. (Ozone is a) potent disinfectant at low concentrations” (Ozone benefits. Ozonetech).

Clean out your nose, wash your body, disinfect clothing worn outside, and spray your car daily

When you come in from outside, you should immediately clean out your nose, wash your exposed skin and or take a bath or shower. Once COVID-19 came, I started noticing that I started getting really painful sores in my nose after going out to public places. I also have ear pain everyday I go outside, so I started cleaning out my nose with an astringent every day after coming in from outside. Putting Rose Beauty cream in my ears greatly helps the ear pain. I also make sure to take a bath as soon as I come into the house. All clothing that I wore outside is also sprayed with an astringent, along with my bag or purse. All dirty clothing worn in a store or from prolonged time in a polluted building are sealed in a plastic bag. Few companies clean inside their buildings, a critical essential thing we are missing.

I have made it a habit to spray my car after work or an outing since I have to go out almost every day. Have you noticed that you tend to sneeze in your car more lately? This can be caused by mold or viruses that get on your clothing from the spraying, places that you go to; then these mold spores and viruses end up in your car from off of you, so it is always a good idea to spray your car with an astringent after going to a public place, being outside or leaving a very old building that could be moldy or dusty.

Take vitamins, oxygen, and eat spicy foods daily

Since there is more sickness going around now, I take vitamin C and oxygen daily. I also make myself fresh herbal tea with a small amount of cayenne pepper and lemon everyday. Lemon juice is a great natural source of vitamin C, so I make sure to drink it regularly. You can also take oxygen pills to make sure that your body gets plenty of oxygen. Without sufficient oxygen, your body cannot function properly and you will not be able to breathe, so it is crucial to make sure that you get plenty of oxygen everyday; this means making exercise a regular part of your routine and consuming fruits and vegetables that contain high levels of oxygen. This shortage of oxygen in our air has come about due to the high pollution levels. We have a solution, an oxygenating necklace that provides protection from germs and viruses as well as EMFs.

My daily diet has changed a lot as COVID-19 has continued to evolve, and for the last several months, I have continued to have cayenne pepper tea, garlic, pickled vegetables, ginger, and spicy foods on a daily basis. These healthy antibacterial foods are high in vitamins and minerals that the body needs to function at full capacity.

Since I started including these five essential bacteria-killing foods into my diet more, I have seen a huge improvement in my overall health. I do not catch colds or flus as often as I used to, and I feel much better overall, so I highly recommend that you all include these nourishing foods into your diet on a regular basis.

Today we live in very trying times, and good health is more important than ever. Health is everything; your health is the only thing keeping your body and mind functioning right now. “Life is meaningless without health” said Mongaigne. What you put into your body can decide your lifespan and the quality of your life. What you eat and drink today can make a world of difference in your overall health, natural beauty, and your future children’s health. Thus, it is essential to eat well, hydrate sufficiently, detox and rest as these are best for your body. These are some of the great secrets to health and wellness.
