Step-By-Step Matte Brown Lip and Eye Makeup Eyeshadow Tutorial

One of my favorite makeup looks, especially in the fall, is the brown lip. This look just oozes fall! It is such an elegant and glamorous look, so it is perfect for special events or for those moments when you want to ooze sexiness👄. So today, I will show you a step-by-step makeup tutorial on how I created this beautiful sexy look above.

1. Apply an eyeliner sealer all around your eyes: On the lid and near the lower lash line. An eyeliner sealer acts as an eye primer, but it does even more: An eyeliner sealer can be applied over eyeliner to help reduce smudging; it can be mixed with any eyeshadow to turn it into an eyeliner. An eyeliner sealer can make poorly pigmented eyeshadows very pigmented, and you can even use an eyeliner sealer to get glitter to adhere to the eyes.

2. Apply eyeshadow. I applied the seventh shade, the brown shimmery shade🍺called 시럽빼고 떼이크아웃/Takeout Without Syrup from the Etude House Play Color Eyes Eyeshadow Palette.

3. Conceal dark circles. I applied a lighter foundation underneath my eyes to act as an undereye concealer. The foundation that I used for this is the Loreal Paris 24Hr Infallible Pro-Matte Foundation in the shade Caramel Beige.

4. Apply eyeliner. I applied black eyeliner to my upper lash line and to the outermost part of my lower lash line. I made the line thin at the inner corner. On the lower lash line, I drew the line from the outermost part of my eye up to the middle of my eye. I did not draw the liner past the pupil on the lower lash line.

The black eyeliner that I used for this look is the Nature Republic Botanical Gel Eyeliner.

5. Apply mascara. I only applied mascara to my upper lashes. I went for a lighter eye look with this look, so I did not apply a liquid liner on top of my eyeliner.

I have very sensitive eyes, so I have found that I can not use drugstore mascaras. After trying different mascaras for years, I finally found a mascara brand that does not irritate my eyes at all: it is the herbal Palladio Mascaras. The one that I used with this look is the Palladio Lash Obsessed Mascara.

6. Apply face foundation. The foundation that I used for this look is one of my favorite foundations: It is the Loreal Paris Magic Nude Liquid Powder Foundation in the shade Soft Sable.

7. Lastly, apply lip makeup. I did not have a brown lipstick deep enough to give me the kind of color that I wanted. So instead, I used The Face Shop Faceit Styling Auto Gel Liner in the shade 02 to create this look.

Every culture has its own unique beauty, but one thing that all of them have in common is that healthy is always beautiful. But health is not constant or instant in life. Health is part of the life journey that we are all on until our time is up.

We all have a unique health journey. My health journey started in college when I studied human health and disease at The University of The District of Columbia. Later, I studied health and psychology at The University of Maryland University College. After college, I continued following medical breakthroughs around the world, from India to the UK. I soon realized that there was so much health knowledge out there, but so few people had access to it. Thus, I turned to writing. My goal is to share valuable health breakthroughs with the world and connect health to beauty and multiculturalism; that is how this site came to life.
